Clinical Nurse Manager - South Tipperary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our team in a well-established nursing care home in South Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong leadership skills to play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team in the delivery of exceptional care
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure best practice standards
- Promote a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and support professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits, risk management, and quality assurance processes
Requirements
- Valid NMBI registration (essential)
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g. CNM, Senior Staff Nurse)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and elderly care practices
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Salary & Benefits
